Relationships. Family. Work. Sex. Life.
Psychotherapy online and in person, Manchester, UK.
By working with you to understand your learned thoughts, feelings and behaviours, I will help you to locate your own power to make meaningful, authentic change.
Together, we will explore with compassion what you want to change about your life. We will look at the decisions you have made about yourself and the world and how these might be holding you back, and take active steps towards doing things differently.

About
-
I am a Psychotherapist in Advance Clinical Training (4th Year) at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. My areas of particular interest in psychotherapy are sex and relationships, parenthood and fertility, climate grief and action, and the intersection of psychotherapy and social justice. As part of my ethical and accountable practice, I am in regular clinical supervision and personal therapy.
I have worked at director level in various sectors. I have an MSc in Global Health from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and a BA in Development Studies from the University of Sussex.

Transactional Analysis is a method of psychotherapy descended from psychoanalysis. We work on the here and now, as well as the past. My approach is to understand the unique story that each person has created for themselves, and how this helps them to survive, flourish — and can also hold them back.
This approach helps people respond to the current moment with autonomy and authenticity, not reactions learned in the past that might no longer serve you.
